This Privacy Policy explains how GasMula collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you visit the website, create an account, purchase a membership, use the member dashboard, earn rewards, or request a withdrawal.

1. Information We Collect

GasMula may collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, username, telephone number, account information, membership selection, referral code, sponsor information, support messages, and other information submitted through the platform.

2. Account and Membership Information

We may collect and maintain information related to your membership plan, subscription status, account activity, referral relationships, team activity, rank progress, milestone progress, rewards, wallet balances, transactions, withdrawals, billing status, and account settings.

3. Cash Payout Information

When you select a cash payout method, GasMula may collect information such as a crypto wallet address, PayPal email address, or Zelle email address or telephone number. Members are responsible for verifying their crypto wallet address because crypto transactions cannot be reversed. GasMula does not currently require members to store bank-account or routing information for cash withdrawals.

4. Gas Withdrawal Information

GasMula may collect the gas-card brand and amount selected for a gas withdrawal, the delivery email supplied by the member, withdrawal status, approval history, inventory assignment, and delivery records.

5. Payment Information

Membership payments are processed through Stripe. GasMula does not store full payment-card numbers on its own application servers. Stripe may collect payment information, billing details, device information, and fraud-prevention information under its own terms and privacy practices.

6. Information Collected Automatically

When you access GasMula, certain information may be collected automatically, including your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring page, pages visited, access times, session information, and general interaction with the website.

7. Cookies and Similar Technologies

GasMula and its service providers may use cookies, local storage, authentication tokens, and similar technologies to maintain login sessions, remember preferences, improve security, prevent fraud, measure performance, and support website functionality.

8. How We Use Information

GasMula may use information to create and manage accounts, process memberships, maintain subscriptions, track referrals, calculate and display rewards, manage wallets, review withdrawals, deliver gas cards, process manual cash payouts, provide support, send account communications, prevent fraud, enforce program rules, improve the platform, and comply with legal obligations.

9. Service Providers

GasMula may share information with service providers that help operate the platform. These may include Stripe for payment processing, Supabase for database and authentication services, Resend for transactional email, Vercel for website hosting, and other vendors used for security, analytics, support, communication, or business operations.

10. Transactional Communications

GasMula may use your email address to send account confirmations, password-reset messages, billing notices, withdrawal updates, gas-card delivery emails, security alerts, support responses, and other service-related communications.

11. Referral and Team Visibility

Certain member information may be displayed to an eligible sponsor or team member through the GasMula dashboard. This information may include a username, name, email address, membership level, account status, tier level, and join date when needed to operate team and referral features.

12. Fraud Prevention and Security

GasMula may use account, payment, referral, wallet, withdrawal, device, and activity information to investigate suspected fraud, duplicate accounts, payment disputes, unauthorized access, referral manipulation, misuse of gas cards, or violations of GasMula rules.

13. Legal Disclosures

GasMula may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, court orders, subpoenas, government requests, tax-reporting requirements, fraud investigations, legal claims, or to protect the rights, property, security, and safety of GasMula, its members, or others.

14. Business Transfers

If GasMula is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, sale of assets, or similar business transaction, information may be disclosed or transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law.

15. Data Retention

GasMula may retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the platform, maintain financial and reward records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, enforce agreements, satisfy tax and accounting requirements, and comply with legal obligations.

16. Data Security

GasMula uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect member information. No internet transmission, database, payment system, or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

17. Member Choices

Members may update certain profile and payout information through the Settings page. Members may also manage subscription billing through available billing tools and may contact support regarding account corrections, privacy questions, or eligible data requests.

18. Account and Data Requests

Subject to applicable law and record-retention requirements, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information by contacting GasMula. GasMula may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

19. Children’s Privacy

GasMula is not intended for children who are not legally permitted to enter a membership agreement. GasMula does not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.

20. Third-Party Links

GasMula may contain links to third-party websites or services. GasMula is not responsible for the privacy, security, or content practices of those third parties. Members should review the privacy policies of third-party services before providing information.

21. Policy Changes

GasMula may update this Privacy Policy as the platform, business, service providers, or legal requirements change. The updated date will be displayed on this page, and additional notice may be provided when required.
