This disclaimer explains important expectations regarding GasMula memberships, referral activity, rewards, wallets, withdrawals, gas-card inventory, and third-party services.

1. General Platform Information
GasMula is a membership-based digital platform that provides access to member dashboards, wallet tracking, reward history, referral and team tools, rank progress, withdrawal tools, training resources, and support features. Available features may differ by membership level and may change over time.
2. No Earnings Guarantee
Purchasing or maintaining a GasMula membership does not guarantee earnings, rewards, referrals, team growth, rank advancement, or any particular financial result. Results vary from member to member. Some members may earn no rewards.
3. Qualifying Activity Required
Reward opportunities may require qualifying active direct members, qualifying subscription activity, active account status, milestone qualifications, compliance with GasMula program rules, and other requirements associated with a specific reward. Membership alone does not automatically create reward eligibility.
4. No Investment or Employment Relationship
GasMula membership is not an investment, savings account, security, employment agreement, wage arrangement, or guarantee of profit. Members are not employees of GasMula merely because they join, refer others, or become eligible for rewards.
5. Reward Amounts and Program Changes
Reward amounts, qualifications, rank requirements, membership benefits, referral levels, recurring reward structures, and other program features may be modified, suspended, or discontinued as permitted by applicable law and the GasMula Terms of Service.
6. Wallet Balances
Cash Wallet and Gas Wallet balances reflect eligible credits recorded inside the GasMula platform. A displayed balance is subject to account review, fraud prevention, corrections, reversals, program rules, and verification before withdrawal approval.
7. Withdrawal Review
Cash and gas withdrawal requests are subject to review and approval. GasMula may reject, delay, reverse, or request additional information regarding a withdrawal when necessary to verify account ownership, eligibility, payout information, qualifying activity, suspected fraud, duplicate activity, payment disputes, or compliance with program rules.
8. Gas-Card Availability
Gas withdrawals depend on available card inventory, brand, denomination, and delivery information. GasMula does not guarantee that a specific brand or denomination will always be available. Approved gas withdrawals are matched with available inventory and delivered using the member’s supplied email address.
9. Cash Payout Methods
Launch cash payout methods may include Crypto Wallet, PayPal, and Zelle. Cash payouts are currently processed manually after approval. Members are responsible for providing accurate payout information, including their crypto wallet address when selecting Crypto Wallet. Verify your wallet address carefully because crypto transactions cannot be reversed. GasMula is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect member-supplied payout details.
10. Processing Times
Any stated processing time is an estimate, not a guarantee. Processing may take longer because of account review, weekends, holidays, payout-provider availability, inventory availability, technical issues, fraud prevention, or inaccurate member information.
11. Fuel and Payment Brands
References to gas stations, fuel brands, Crypto Wallet, PayPal, Zelle, Stripe, or other third-party names do not imply sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, or affiliation unless GasMula expressly states otherwise. All third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
12. Third-Party Services
GasMula may use third-party payment processors, email providers, hosting services, authentication providers, analytics tools, and other vendors. GasMula cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or performance of services controlled by third parties.
13. Taxes
Members are responsible for determining and satisfying any tax reporting or payment obligations related to rewards, bonuses, or other value received through GasMula. GasMula may issue tax documents when required by law.
14. Testimonials and Examples
Testimonials, examples, illustrations, rank examples, and member stories are not promises that another member will achieve the same result. Individual results depend on personal activity, qualifications, account standing, and other factors.
